Refund policy

Shipping and handling:
* Most of the orders are insured shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
* Items in Monogram and Personalized collections require extra time to produce. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your item to be engraved and shipped. Please email us: elementshine@outlook.com for expedited services if needed.
* Any other item that is not personalized will be shipped the same or next business day after your cleared payments.
* We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time. International buyers are responsible for all other charges (duties tax, customs, etc.) regard to international shipments. These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping fees. Please check with your country's customs office prior to your purchases. We do not mark merchandise value below its purchase price or mark as "gift."
Return policy:
* There is no return accepted unless the item is not as described. Shipping fee is not refundable.
* Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on personalized pieces unless an error was made on our end.
* Please contact us if you would like to return the item. Return address will be provided.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will not be liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
* Returned items must be in original condition (with its original tag attached.) No returns on any merchandise showing signs of being worn, or damaged.
* Return items must be received within 7 days since receipts. We will issue the refund as soon as we receive item and inspect
*** Personalized item cannot be returned or exchanged. Please understand that due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized pieces unless any error was made by our end.
